A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Remote Service Coordinator located in San Antonio The Service Coordinator would be working for a major company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40 hours per week.
Service Coordinator Compensation
The pay for this position is between $20 and $24 per hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Service Coordinator Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
The required availability for this position is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Service Coordinator Responsibilities
This position focuses on the processing of authorizations and follow ups for DME, MHM, DAHS, and other services members are eligible for
Coordinators will primarily manage and perform the outreach and documentation processes for services requested
High Authorizations request volumes
Service Coordinator Requirements
2 years of Care Management experience or working with people with disabilities or chronic conditions
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree in social work, health services, behavioral science or related field preferred
LCSW or LPN / LVN licensure
Experience with Electronic Medical records
Service Coordinator Preferred Qualifications
3 years of managed care experience working with people with disabilities
LCSW licensure
