Compensation
- The pay for this position is $22.70 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is D shift (6pm-6am) with a 2-2-3-3 work schedule
Responsibilities
- Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision
- Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards
- Effectively work in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives
- Make decisions relative to position requirements, following instructions and working within standard practices
- Work under direct supervision, following standard operating procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Effective communication skills to understand instructions from co-workers and Team Leads/Supervisors
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English
- Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis
- Ability to work well with others and in a team environment
- Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in production or manufacturing environments is a plus
