A-List Therapy Group is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to provide high-quality patient care across Southern California. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and their families, we want you on our team!
Position Details:
- Location: Multiple locations across Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Riverside, and Ventura Counties
- Job Type: Per-Diem, Contract
- Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
- Flexible Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, brief changes, repositioning, and personal grooming
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including changing linens and making beds
- Demonstrate kindness, respect, and ensure patient dignity and privacy
- Exhibit proper lifting and transferring techniques
- Work collaboratively with RN Case Managers and Supervisors
- Travel to patients' residences and provide in-person care
Requirements:
- California Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Certificate (Required)
- CPR Certification
- Valid California Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Social Security Card and/or proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- One year of prior experience with a Home Health Agency (preferred)
- Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred)
