Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office/Field Manager to oversee operations and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field activities, coordinating with team members, and maintaining effective communication with clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily field operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in the field, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, including data entry and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while adhering to safety regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage front desk operations when necessary, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills.
- Assist in training new staff members on office management practices and operational protocols.
- Utilize bilingual communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clientele.
- Work Directly with the Controller and the Owner.
- Daily inventory counts.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong background in office management or customer support is beneficial.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with relevant software applications is required.
