Sales & Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Use client-generated leads to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities that align with client needs and business goals
- Overcome objections and eliminate competitor presence by demonstrating the unique value of our solutions and addressing customer concerns with confidence
- Organize and manage individual customer accounts to ensure seamless service delivery and timely follow-ups
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and personalized support when promoting our clients’ products and services
- Collaborate with other Sales & Customer Support Representatives to foster a supportive, team-oriented environment to achieve collective sales goals

Sales & Customer Support Representative Qualifications:
