Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently and effectively.
- Implement and monitor MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to optimize inventory levels and production schedules.
- Drive process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with supply chain management to streamline operations and improve material flow.
- Develop and maintain operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement among all team members.
- Provide mechanical knowledge support to troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and promote career growth within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plant management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with MRP systems and supply chain management processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as lean manufacturing.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical specifications and equipment functionality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance improvements.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with team members at all levels.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
