Telephone Agent. Message taker/dispatcher for physicians, apartment complexes, HVAC companies, funeral homes, vending companies, etc.
On the job training. Looking for a team player. Must know how to type, friendly, professional speaking voice, flexible work hours. Weekends are a must. No need to apply if you can’t work weekends. Must have reliable transportation.
Open 24/7. Hours vary. 7 days a week. 3pm until 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 11pm.
Summary
As a Telephone Operator/Dispatcher, you will be essential in managing incoming calls and facilitating effective communication within the organization. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your core skills in multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette will ensure seamless interactions. Additionally, your relevant experience in data entry, clerical tasks, and dispatching will support administrative functions, making you a vital asset in maintaining operational efficiency and providing excellent customer service.
