About Us:
We are a small, fast-paced, and client-focused catering team looking for a reliable and hardworking Catering Assistant to help with the behind-the-scenes operations that make our events successful. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work, errands, and light administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with packing, organizing, and loading catering equipment and supplies into vehicles
- Run errands related to catering operations (picking up supplies, deliveries, etc.)
- Help set up and break down event spaces as needed
- Maintain organization of catering storage areas
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as inventory tracking and basic documentation
- Other support duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks
- Previous catering or hospitality experience preferred
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently
- Comfortable working both daytime and evening shifts, including weekends
