1) Effectively Execute Every Catering Order with Excellence
Fulfill every catering order with the Chick-fil-A standard of operational excellence: taste, order accuracy, timeliness, attentive & courteous service. Responsibilities include:
● Once a catering order has been received, coordinate with the Kitchen Manager on fulfilment
● Complete all set-up and preparation for each catering order: boxes, utensils, sauces, bags, etc.
● Have the TMS bags ready for kitchen to load
● Deliver catering orders on time
● Complete all the set-up on site for the Guest
● Put all catering related items away upon return to the store
● Cash out the catering order upon delivery
● Keep inventory of catering supplies and inform our Inventory Manager of ordering needs
● Create any systems or processes to improve our catering service
● Make necessary decisions to honor our commitment to our Guests
Measureable or Identifiable Goals:
● Catering orders are delivered or ready on-time and accurately fulfilled
● Catering fulfilment is so organized that “very few balls are dropped”
- Kitchen stays informed and involved in catering preparation and fulfillment
