Bingo Operations - Bingo Worker

The Bingo Worker supports the success of bingo operations by providing exceptional customer service to patrons and assisting with daily tasks to ensure smooth, engaging game sessions. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an enthusiastic attitude towards customer interaction. Ideal candidates will enjoy creating a fun and supportive atmosphere and contribute positively to the foundation's fundraising efforts through bingo events. Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday; AM and PM shiftsHourly Pay Rate: $14.70Location: Suprise (Riverboat - Bingo) QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Diploma or GED, preferred.  Experience:   Knowledge of state of Arizona Department of Revenue Bingo Rules and Regulations, preferred.  Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.   Demonstrate commitment to teamwork and establish and maintain effective working relationships through effective communication. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:   Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and courteous behavior to all individuals you come into contact with on your work schedule and while at Riverboat Bingo and cafe. Maintain knowledge of all Bingo equipment (POS Computers, Monitors, Caller Stand and Champion II). Report any and all Incident and/ or Accidents to Team Leader immediately. Count papers and complete runner form for the number of papers responsible to sell. Complete, balance, and submit all accountability forms at the end of window sales.   Conduct last call sales on floor for specific games as indicated in office procedures.   Check caller script or with lead about any special announcements.   Count and turn in all money from floor sales complete the runner sheet upon close of floor sales.  Read and verify winners’ cards with proper verification number and show another player, not winner, the verification number is correct.   Close each game by stating “closed” upon verification of winner(s).  Award correct prize monies to bingo winners and completing required documentation.   Participate in the completion of all required Bingo forms and documents, to include all necessary signatures.   Print individuals’ sales reports and total sales report for session.   Ensure accuracy of assigned cash bank in drawer or bank, provide correct change, and complete daily deposits.  Accept in-kind donations; and promote and participate in the 5 annual drives.   Consistently and accurately make and give appropriate change for sales.  Compliance/Requirements: Pass Criminal Background check Must Be At Least 18 Years of Age
