A New Leaf is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to provide support and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence in a 24-hour emergency shelter. In this role, the Case Manager will conduct assessments, develop individualized safety and service plans, and connect clients to vital resources such as housing, legal assistance, counseling, and employment opportunities. You will play a critical role in empowering survivors to rebuild their lives, offering crisis intervention, emotional support, and guidance as they work towards independence and long-term safety. Knowledge of and / or experience with trauma informed practices and community resources required.
Hourly Pay Range : $20 - $24 (depending on years of experience)
Schedule : Sunday - Wednesday; 7am-5pm (four 10s)
Location : Glendale AZ
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience :
- Level I : HS Diploma / GED required & experience working with domestic violence, homeless or economically disadvantaged population required
- Level II : HS Diploma / GED required & 1 year experience working with domestic violence population, in shelters, or other closely related human services experience; OR relevant higher education courses may be substituted for experience. 1 year experience working in case management preferred.
- Level III : HS Diploma / GED required & 3 years' experience working with domestic violence population, in shelters, or other closely related human services experience; OR relevant higher education courses may be substituted for experience. 1 year experience working in case management required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- Bilingual verbally in Spanish, preferred.
