As a Shelter Advocate with A New Leaf Shelter Services, you will provide vital support to individuals and families impacted by domestic violence. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming environment within the shelter, offering resources and assistance to help residents regain stability and independence. Key duties include crisis intervention, emotional support, guidance on available resources, and helping residents develop individualized safety plans. Hourly Pay Rate : $19.35
Location : Apache Junction
Schedule :
- Saturday & Sunday : 8pm - 6am, Monday : 9pm - 6am
- Required to complete our "New Hire Orientation" held on the first work week of employment, Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am-5pm at our HR Campus in Mesa, AZ; subject to change upon completion of orientation requirements which may grant early release of orientation before Friday; orientation not offered evenings or weekends.
