A journey that will require the absolute best in class 3PL / Supply Chain talent; high impact, proven sales professionals that can win and grow business in the ever-changing transportation landscape across all Supply Chain products.This position would serve as the operator for locations such as Houston, New York, Balboa and would be responsible for day to day activities related to storage, blending and delivery of petroleum products while also managing key stakeholders and 3rd party contracts for bunker / bulk deliveriesKey ResponsibilitiesResponsible for scheduling product movements and effectively tracking through the completion of physical delivery of productsMaintain routine communication with affiliate and third party carrier to provide traders updates on current month flows or potential operational issuesLiaise with traders, inspector, agent, ship brokers, trade counterparties, storage terminals and internal departments to ensure smooth physical operationsGather and disseminate market information to facilitate effective and efficient trader decisionsAssist and trouble shoot as needed to allow accounting to invoice customers in a timely mannerManage ad hoc projects and operational activity as assigned.Required experience & skills3-5 years of relevant industry experienceCan work collaboratively to complete tasksAbility to be flexible and work to deadlines under pressure.Excellent problem-solving skills leading to effective decision making. Pays attention to detail and can think independently to identify discrepancies on external reports and inconsistencies with internally captured dataStrong communication skills both verbal and written. Comfortable communicating directly with external customers and vendors via both email and telephoneProficient in Excel and Microsoft Office and comfortable learning and operating in different computer systemsPrior experience as an operations analyst / operator / scheduler preferred.Pay Range : $80,000- $100,000 USD
