This position would serve as the operator for locations such as Houston, New York, Balboa and would be responsible for day to day activities related to storage, blending and delivery of petroleum products while also managing key stakeholders and 3rd party contracts for bunker / bulk deliveries
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for scheduling product movements and effectively tracking through the completion of physical delivery of products
- Maintain routine communication with affiliate and third party carrier to provide traders updates on current month flows or potential operational issues
- Liaise with traders, inspector, agent, ship brokers, trade counterparties, storage terminals and internal departments to ensure smooth physical operations
- Gather and disseminate market information to facilitate effective and efficient trader decisions
- Assist and trouble shoot as needed to allow accounting to invoice customers in a timely manner
- Manage ad hoc projects and operational activity as assigned.
Required experience & skills
Pay Range : $80,000- $100,000 USD
