Summary :
We are seeking an enthusiastic Logistics Analyst Intern to join our operations team. In this role, you will work closely with senior management to develop a comprehensive understanding of business operations, both operationally and financially. Your primary focus will be on identifying process gaps, driving improvements, and contributing to enhanced business intelligence and operational efficiency. This internship offers valuable exposure to logistics and supply chain management.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing, communicating, and resolving operational, process, and systems issues.
- Proactively identify trends, process improvements, and customer needs, and help propose and implement solutions.
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams (Administration and Operations) to meet company and customer objectives.
- Help document, outline, and create written procedures (SOPs), and assist with training personnel when needed.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and requests, collaborating with Financial Analysts.
