Benefit Specialist (Open Enrollment)
- Description :
We are seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to assist the Sales & Account Management Team as an Open Enrollment Specialist. This position requires a friendly and engaging demeanor. Our ideal candidate has prior sales or open enrollment experience, and knowledge of both the health insurance industry and HIPAA guidelines.
Key responsibilities include attending Benefit / Health Fairs, Wellness Events, and Open Enrollment Meetings
educating customers about our benefits and plan offerings while answer any questions they may have. This includes engaging with customers (Employers, prospective / existing members, and brokers).
Traveling required (including travel to SHP Site of material pickup / drop-off).
Schedule (include days & hours anticipated) : Intermittent hours depending on Open Enrollment assignment(s). Work is on-call and contracted by OE meeting volume(s).
