The Role
APV is hiring a workers’ compensation assistant to support the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) in managing claims, ensuring compliance, and assisting employees throughout the workers’ compensation process.
Responsibilities
- Assist with workers’ compensation claims from initial report to closure
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Provide guidance to employees on claims, benefits, and return-to-work programs
- Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and external partners
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
