What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at A Perfect Choice Home Care?
A Perfect Choice Home Care is hiring for an office assistant to add to our Fort Myers office location.
We are a private duty and staffing agency and are looking for a full time employee Monday-Friday from 9a-5p or 8am-4pm, that is willing to cover shifts when needed and cover on call shifts.
Job duties will include but not limited to:
Answering phones
Sending emails
Ensuring 100% compliance with AHCA guidelines with all caregiver's files
Scheduling Interviews
Scheduling/Billing Duties
Qualifications Include:
Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screen
Computer Experience in Gmail, Excel, Word
Office Experience (preferred)
Scheduling experience is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
