Message from Family: Mom and Dad are both busy working professionals who run a business together. We have four kids who are all in sports and after-school activities. Our family is active and enjoys a structured routine filled with school, sports, and travel. As business owners, we lead a dynamic lifestyle and are looking for a nanny who can help keep our home running smoothly. We love exploring new places, encouraging our kids' independence, and ensuring they have a balanced mix of academics and fun activities.
Over the years, we have had incredible nannies who have become an integral part of our family. Our current nanny has been with us for four years, but unfortunately, she is moving out of Colorado. Our family is seeking a passionate, organized, and highly experienced nanny to help our home run smoothly.
About the Children: Our oldest son is a 13-year-old boy. He enjoys playing lacrosse and skateboarding. He is also very involved in school activities and is on the competitive robotics team.
Our oldest daughter is a 10-year-old girl. She loves spending time with her friends and has recently taken up knitting. She currently plays volleyball and is part of the debate club at school.
Our youngest son is 7 years old. He is all boy! He enjoys legos, playing basketball, and especially enjoys spending time with his big brother.
Our youngest child is a 4-year-old girl. She is the baby of the family and is also the sweetest girl. She loves all animals and proudly says she's going to be a “kitty doctor” when she grows up. She is excited to join her brothers and sister at school next year.
Their Ideal Nanny: Our family is searching for a dedicated career nanny with a strong background in household management and childcare. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their profession and thrives in a role that helps keep our home running smoothly. The ideal candidate is discreet, highly organized, and an excellent communicator. We'd love to find someone who is proactive, adaptable, and maintains a positive attitude—always ready to tackle the next task and step in where needed. Travel-readiness is a must! Our nanny should be passport-ready and excited to join us on family trips. A love for cooking is a big plus! While not a requirement, our current nanny prepares dinner for the family, which has been a huge help with our busy schedules. We'd love to find someone who enjoys cooking and would be open to continuing this tradition. Additionally, our three oldest children have after-school activities throughout the week, so a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record are required for school drop-offs and pickups.
Travel: Our family loves to travel, and we're looking for a nanny with open availability to join us on our adventures! Travel is a key part of this role, as our trips can range from a weekend getaway to extended stays of up to eight weeks. We understand that frequent travel is a big commitment, but we promise to make the experience exciting, enjoyable, and rewarding for our nanny. Of course, all travel accommodations are fully covered—we want you to feel comfortable and appreciated while traveling with us!

Duties: Light Housekeeping, Family Laundry, Grocery Shopping, Running Misc Errands, Cooking For Family,
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 9:00 am- 5:00 pm, 40 hours/week. **Occasionally, the family will ask for the nanny to stay until 7:00 pm and also help with overnights.
Compensation: $38- $40/hr
Benefits: Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Sick Pay, EOY Bonus and Gas Mileage Reimbursement.
