What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Clinician position at A Phoenix Rising, LLC?
We are a small but growing private therapy practice located in Colorado Springs, Colorado that specializes in treating individuals, families, and relationships (ALL types). Our approaches can be implemented with a wide range of mental health conditions and ages. We strive for the provision of quality care at all times. We meet clients where they’re at, recognizing the utmost importance of the therapeutic relationship in client progress. We aim to help them gain a better understanding and acceptance of themselves and their internal experience. We join them in their journey to heal from the “deeper issues,” memories, and traumas that have inevitably impacted their current functioning and quality of life. We value our clients being able to thrive rather than just survive. We also value accessibility to quality mental health care.
We are interested in interns and/or experienced, self-motivated clinicians who are willing to see at least 20 clients per week. We also offer opportunities for increases in compensation. Our therapists have the freedom to create their own schedules within the limits of office availability and telehealth platforms. We value our therapists’ dedication to their clients and clinical work, so our company assumes responsibility for all client billing and insurance issues. Opportunities to connect with other therapists and enhance clinical skills are offered via regular consultation meetings and CE trainings.
We are a clinic that serves anyone! Read that last word again, ANYONE! It doesn’t matter their race, creed, religion, gender, sexuality, fetish, or anything else that has a label attached to it. Those don’t matter to us, UNLESS they matter to the client. We are a place that helps humans navigate their struggles in the way that they need, and only that way. Whether that’s anxiety, depression, mood swings, stress, eating struggles, trauma, identity, dysphoria, sexuality, kinks, relationships, etc. If this sounds like a place that you want to be a part of, please send your cover letter and resume; we would love to hear from you.
