MAIN FUNCTION: To verify attendance for personal care providers.
ESSENTIAL TASKS:
- Other duties as required
- To review visit maintenance reports to ensure all documentation has been obtained to accurately produce semi-monthly payroll.
- Responsible for identifying service breaks and unutilized time and visit variations for all categories of clients and notifying management and other appropriate staff of any problems.
- Document as program policy requires.
- Responsible for reviewing daily EVV activities for compliance with regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Monitor all attendants time for accuracy and completeness.
- Responsible for answering phones, forwarding calls and taking messages.
- Answers various questions from personal care attendants regarding EVV issues.
- Write notes for coordinators with attendants missing more than 2 days of time, if the client enters hospital or any other issue that arises.
- Verify time and apply appropriate reason codes and documentation.
- Call attendants for missing time and being over their time.
- Write people up for not complying with EVV rules.
- Daily/Weekly 2067 for all priority clients.
- Train new attendants how to clock in/out.
- Identify clients that need a token.
- Chart corrections.
MINIMUM TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Email
- Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
- Computer

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalency, and previous experience with general office duties or business-related courses.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Able to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Able to sit for 6-8 hours per day.
- Able to work in a stressful environment.
- Able to complete multi-tasks and multi-deadlines.
- Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Is able to work as scheduled and report to work on time.
- Able to read, comprehend and comply with instructions from company manuals
- Able to comply with agency and CDC infection control protocols'
