Caregiver/CNA: Short Shift Specialist

We are seeking part time / PRN caregivers for short-shift daytime and nighttime client demands. This opportunity is perfect for a caregiver who may already be working elsewhere, or simply seeking 15-30 hours per week. Most clients live in Johnson County, KS. The hourly pay will be $16-$17 / hour, based on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, medication reminders, and mobility assistance.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support, aiming to improve the client's overall well-being.
  • Ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for the client.
  • Communicate regularly with the client, their family, and the care team to ensure comprehensive care.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • CNA preferred, but not required.
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated compassion, patience, and reliability.
  • A keen ability to understand and adapt to the client's unique needs, ensuring personalized care.
