A Place At Home - Little Rock has provided non-medical, in-home, senior care in Central Arkansas since 2019. Due to continued growth we need to add an additional Care Coordinator/Scheduler to our office staff.

Office Environment and Work Schedule:
- In-Office
- Monday through Friday, 9a to 5p (potential for some overtime)
- Team of 4 Schedulers
- Sitting at desk 90% of time
- Freedom to move around, take a break, take lunch
- In same room with 3 other schedulers
Job Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls
Assist Caregivers & Clients
- Resolve scheduling issues
Schedule the right Caregiver with each of our Clients. Ensuring the Caregiver has the skills and experience needed to care for each of our Clients specific care needs.
On-Call - 1 week a month, for urgent after hours' calls from Clients and Caregivers. We will provide a laptop for you to use at your home when you are On-Call so you can access our scheduling software.
Multiple other office responsibilities
Requirements:
Compassion and patience with our senior clients
Ability to problem solve
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2 years of office experience and scheduling
General knowledge of Microsoft products (Word & Excel) and Google products (Gmail & Google Drive)
Ability to operate computer, scanner, fax, copier, printer, phone, internet
Not required, but a plus to have experience in WellSky (scheduling software) and/or Apploi (hiring & recruiting software)
Valid driver's license
Be on time for work and work full shift
Pass a criminal background check and drug test
Work references
- Must be willing to learn
