What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Office Assistant/Receptionist position at A Place for Grace?
The A Place For Grace Office Assistant/Receptionist is a fundamental person on our team. This individual is a source of connection between all of the therapists who own and operate their own Limited Liability Company (LLC). The office assistant/receptionist primary role is to organize and coordinate office administration procedures, ensure organizational effectiveness, and create systems for organizational safety. The office assistant is responsible for developing intra-office communication processes, streamlining administrative procedures, and sustaining inventory control.
This role requires the individual to handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities and clinically related tasks. This position requires a person to be equipped to work independently with limited supervision. This position requires a person to engage in organized, flexible, and proactive person-focused communication while managing situations connected to our diverse working community.
A Place for Grace uses a diverse platform of resources to complete a variety of tasks. These resources include but are not limited to Microsoft Office, Google, Hibu, Facebook, etc. A person in this role will be required to learn these resources and execute tasks in these platforms daily.
