Front Desk Receptionist
We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented professional to be the first point of contact in our office. This role involves greeting visitors, providing administrative support, and maintaining office organization.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Manage filing, mailing, and data entry tasks
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Support the team with general administrative duties
