Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze research data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals in special education settings to support individuals with disabilities.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral therapy techniques and patient care strategies.
- Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and contribute to ongoing research initiatives.
Experience
- A Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in medical documentation practices and maintaining medical records.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, behavioral therapy techniques, and research data collection.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.

Pay: $65.00 - $76.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
