At ATBx, we’re seeking passionate and dedicated analysts to deliver high-quality ABA services to a diverse range of clients. This role offers a mix of in-home, community, school, and occasional center-based hours. You’ll collaborate with a skilled team of analysts and RBTs, working together to support your clients’ growth and success.
- This position includes cases in the Pinellas/ Pasco county area

- ATBx started in 2017, our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality behavior analysis services to everyone who needs them.
- Our teams provide ABA services in a variety of settings including, but not limited to juvenile justice programs, foster care, schools, early learning centers/daycare, In-home/Community and others.
- Owned and operated by two BCBAs (with a combined 25 years of experience)
- ATBx analysts specialize in providing high quality individualized services, organizational behavior management consultations, performance engineering, program oversight, supervision and systems level interventions.

Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in special education or behavioral health settings
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to interpret complex data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavioral analysis techniques to address behavioral challenges
- Utilize data collection methods to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
- Provide diagnostic evaluations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
