We are looking for a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator with a special focus on marketing.

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to support our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong niche in marketing, helping us to enhance our brand presence and execute marketing strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns and events.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Provide support for special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with a focus on marketing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing tools).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends.
