Retail Customer Service Representative Responsibilities : Engage directly with potential customers by addressing inquiries about our products and services Manages customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to order requests Suggests product solutions tailored to meet individual customer requirements Gather and evaluate customer information to generate product or service reports.
