We are currently seeking candidates for both full-time and part-time positions at our private women's clinic. We are especially looking for a Spanish-speaking candidate to assist with patient communication and translation. This role involves direct interaction with patients at all times. We are seeking individuals who are friendly, patient-oriented, and deeply committed to providing excellent customer service while assisting others. We encourage individuals of all genders to apply for this position.
Position Details:
- Comprehensive training will be provided and compensated.
- The work schedule spans *Monday to Saturday*, with one weekday off in addition to Sunday. Employees are required to be present in the office from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Applicants **must be available to work on Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients and guide them through procedures, ensuring they understand and can follow the physician’s instructions. For Spanish-speaking patients, providing accurate translation and clear communication will be essential.
- On-site training for all job tasks, including but not limited to infection control, patient counseling, lab work, medical history intake, procedures, dirty and clean utility room tasks, and recovery room care. While prior experience in these areas is recommended, it is not required.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of patient rooms.
- Perform and monitor vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, etc.).
- Ensure patient care supplies are adequately stocked.
- Provide appropriate emotional support to patients.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of patient assistance and care procedures.
- Working knowledge of relevant medical equipment.
- Moderate computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, Data Entry).
- Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
- Empathetic and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are strongly preferred.
Qualifications & Expectations:
- Education: High School Diploma or greater required.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a medical environment is recommended.
- Additional Certifications (Preferred but not required): CNA, MA, LPN, etc. (Copies should be kept in the employee file if applicable.)
