Maintenance Technician – Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance and operations of an approximately 400-unit high-rise condominium community, including two commercial units. The position requires expertise in plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of building systems through preventative measures, routine maintenance, and timely repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine facility upkeep.
- Complete daily readings, inspections, and evaluations of building systems.
- Investigate and resolve issues, including leaks, convectors, electrical, and plumbing problems.
- Repair and replace motors, pumps, and bearings.
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems for optimal climate control.
- Address safety hazards and apply preventative measures.
- Complete and document work orders accurately.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotation.
Compensation and Benefits
