A property management company is seeking a recertification specialist at our property located in Cincinnati, OH.
?? Manage LIHTC annual recertifications to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
?? Assist residents with the application and recertification process, reviewing income and household documentation.
?? Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Section 8 and other affordable housing programs.
?? Process resident files using RealPage, DevCo, and other property management software (experience preferred).
?? Work closely with property managers, compliance teams, and housing authorities.
?? Stay updated on affordable housing regulations, including HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8 policies.
