A property management company is seeking a recertification specialist at our property located in Cincinnati, OH.
- Manage LIHTC annual recertifications to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
- Assist residents with the application and recertification process, reviewing income and household documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Section 8 and other affordable housing programs.
- Process resident files using RealPage, DevCo, and other property management software (experience preferred).
- Work closely with property managers, compliance teams, and housing authorities.
- Stay updated on affordable housing regulations , including HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8 policies.

Requirements : Requirements
Experience in LIHTC compliance and recertification processes.
Familiarity with RealPage, Section 8 Vouchers, and DevCo (preferred but not required).
