Location: Job duties will be performed at various locations in OH. Company vehicle used for transportation of equipment and going to the different site locations. Must have a valid DL to operate vehicles.

- Responsible for hiring and training and managing old and new Floor Care/Specialty Cleaning Technicians
- Meet Floor Care/Specialty Cleaning crew at job sites as needed and work alongside the crew.
- Assist with any issues that arise
- Order supplies in addition to managing and maintaining garage and equipment.
- Find potential new specialty service jobs
- Obtain measurements for service jobs
