Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to and from work and valid DL
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, etc
• Must have supervisor experience
• Must be able to work second shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be dependable

Duties Include but are not limited to:

• In charge of top and bottom line for Floor Care/Specialty Cleaning Department
• Manage full-cycle Floor Care/Specialty Cleaning jobs
• Responsible for hiring and training and managing old and new Floor Care/Specialty Cleaning Technicians
• Meet Floor Care/Specialty Cleaning crew at job sites as needed and work alongside the crew.
• Assist with any issues that arise
• Order supplies in addition to managing and maintaining garage and equipment.
• Find potential new specialty service jobs
• Obtain measurements for service jobs
