Hourly pay : $18 - $19 per hour. Growth Potential!
This administrative role is perfect for someone who thrives in a small business environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and can work independently while taking the initiative. Strong computer skills, prior administrative experience, and professional customer service abilities are essential to succeed in this position.

Day-to-day administrative operations support tasks include :
- Answering phones and assisting callers.
- Greeting and assisting visitors arriving in the office
- Replying to customers’ emails.
- Maintaining client database.
- Handling correspondence (letters, faxes, forms).
- Filing, copying, typing, scanning, etc.
- Running reports as requested
- Other administrative / customer relations tasks as requested.
