The steakhouse has something for everyone, including USDA Prime cuts, Wagyu, Caviar, Shaved Truffles, and Gold Leaf options, plus Fresh Seafood, Scratch Pasta, and memorable desserts. Our service focuses on true hospitality with the mission to leave our guests wanting for nothing. We are currently looking for talented and experienced Bartenders to join our epic team. Must have excellent customer service skills. Fine dining experience is a BIG plus! We are looking for the best of the best to make the guest experience epic!
Host Responsibilities:
- Epic Greetings and Seating:
- Provide a positive first and last impression for our guests.
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and a warm welcome as they arrive.
- Manage the seating process efficiently, considering reservation schedules and table availability.
- Guide guests to their assigned tables and provide any necessary assistance.
- Accommodate special requests and communicate them to the service team.
- Keep track of wait times and manage the waitlist during busy periods.
- Answer phone calls and respond to reservation inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Record and manage reservations in the system accurately.
- Waiting Area Maintenance:
- Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and comfortable for guests.
- Keep the host stand tidy and well-presented.
- Carry-Out:
- Accurately package and label carry-out orders, double-checking food quality.
- Hand orders to guests efficiently and accurately.
- Team Support:
- Collaborate with fellow team members and support them in providing excellent guest experiences.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing special events and private party reservations.
- with various tasks as needed to ensure the overall efficiency of the restaurant.
