Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Driller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong mechanical aptitude. As a Driller, you will be responsible for operating drilling equipment on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of various drilling tasks, including water well drilling and site preparation.
Duties
- Operate drilling machinery and equipment, including tankers and water trucks, to perform drilling operations.
- Conduct loader operation for material handling and site preparation.
- Utilize backhoes and bulldozers for excavation and site development as needed.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper site setup and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain and inspect drilling equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Assist in building structures as required by project demands.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment on construction sites.
- Document daily activities, including equipment usage and site conditions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with drilling machinery.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.
- Ability to operate additional machinery such as loaders, backhoes, and bulldozers is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
