Hours: Tuesday – Saturday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Specialist & Quality Control team member to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our rental items are accounted for, in great condition, and event-ready every time. This position requires a hands-on individual who enjoys staying organized, maintaining high standards, and working in a team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize rental equipment as it returns from events
- Perform thorough quality checks on all items, including tents, tables, chairs, linens, inflatables, and more
- Track inventory levels and report any shortages or damaged items
- Prep outgoing orders by ensuring all items meet A&S quality standards
- Assist with cleaning, repairing, or replacing inventory as needed
- Work closely with the logistics and event coordination teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
Requirements:
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Previous inventory or quality control experience a plus, but not required – we’ll train the right person
- Must be dependable and punctual

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
