SUMMARY: We are looking for a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our non-profit division. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in non-profit financial management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Record and manage financial transactions in accordance with non-profit accounting standards.
Assist in preparing grant-related financial reports and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
Support accounts for payable and receivable activities, including invoice processing and donor contributions.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, grant accounts, and program budgets.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with program managers and the finance team to ensure proper allocation of funds.
Support compliance with GATA, US GAAP, and other regulatory requirements.
Assist in audit preparations and other ad hoc financial projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
Basic knowledge of non-profit accounting principles (internship experience is a plus).
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (NetSuite experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $50,000- $55,000
