- Month-End Close: Lead the month-end close process for non-profit entities, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Audit and Compliance: Manage external audit processes, prepare necessary documentation for auditors, and ensure compliance with non-profit regulations, including grant management and donor reporting.
- Internal Controls and Process Improvement: Implement and maintain strong internal controls to enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risk, and ensure financial accuracy.
