Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and assessing crisis line calls using trauma-informed care.
- Providing immediate emotional support, de-escalation, and referrals to callers.
- Greeting and assisting walk-in clients seeking emergency shelter or support services.
- Assisting clients in accessing internal and external resources.
What You'll Experience:
- Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM schedule.
- Professional office settings and secure, confidential shelters.
- Opportunities for outreach activities and local travel.
