Description
Search or listen for any active Emergency losses. Respond to or dispatch other Emergency Response personnel in order to market PDR in an attempt to secure emergency work or any further PDR related business interests. Research property and provide any data that can further validate or assist in securing above mentioned services.
Requirements
- Team Leadership: Supervise and provide guidance to emergency response team members.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and excellence in service delivery.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during emergencies.
- Provide timely updates, address concerns, and ensure clear communication throughout the restoration process.
- Respond to emergency calls and dispatch to disaster sites promptly.
- Assess damage and develop appropriate restoration plans.
- Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to execute restoration projects efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with insurance agents, and adjusters throughout the restoration process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and project updates.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 emergency response coverage.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and pursue additional project opportunities.
- Market PDR brand to multiple channels such as ins claims personnel, agents, adjusters, 3rd party
- Get involved in applicable organizations, networking groups, committees, boards, etc…
- Monitoring of listening devices, websites and news reports to insure 24/7 coverage of all potential property loses within the franchise territory
- Search the Internet to retrieve accurate property data (I.e. ownership, taxes, phone numbers etc.)
- Secure Emergency Work Authorization signature
- Create job loss estimates and damage descriptions
- Create "New Loss documentation"
- Identify and share any potential marketing opportunities with PDR marketing department
- Following up with previous loss incidents in which services are declined at time of loss
Position Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license. Strong interpersonal skills a must.
- College Degree
- A minimum of 1 year in Water, Fire, and Smoke. Construction knowledge.
- Valid Drivers License (At all times)
- Water, Fire & Smoke, Carpet Cleaning, and Applied Structural Drying IICRC Certification.
- (Certificates must be presented at time of application or qualification).
- Understanding of how insurance claim process operates.
- Knowledge of practices & procedures in water, fire, and mold trades.
- Efficient in Xactimate, Simbility, Outlook, CRM, and Excel.
- Building construction knowledge and experience.
- Sales abilities, outgoing, personality skills.
- Ability to train and supervise employees.
- Ability to plan and organize work.
- Ability to exercise judgement on behalf of PDR.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- This is a salary position – must be able to be on-call 24/7, with rotating shifts.
- Able to climb ladders, access roofs, access attics
- Able to work long hours when necessary
- Able to enter areas of fire, smoke, mold, sewage, etc…
- Work well under intense pressure.
- 8-5pm. Hours flexible. Hours as necessary 40-70 hours per week

Within the last 7 years there can be no felony convictions ; and no misdemeanor convictions involving intentional injury or loss to person or property or endangerment of others while under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 /yr
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
