A Safe Place is seeking a Finance and Administration Manager to oversee bookkeeping, office operations, and campus support. Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
· Maintain accurate bookkeeping in QuickBooks, coding transactions and reconciling accounts.
· Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the outsourced accountant for review.
· Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
· Assist with grant reporting and manage grant tracking, ensuring financial compliance.
Administrative Operations
· Manage office logistics, vendor relationships, and supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
· Support HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records.
· Ensure compliance with nonprofit reporting requirements and operational policies.
Campus & Facilities Support
· Coordinate maintenance needs by managing relationships with service providers (e.g., landscaping, HVAC, repairs).
· Organize and communicate staff responsibilities for facility care.
· Create a preventative maintenance schedule and process for the campus, its buildings, and equipment.
· Oversee campus security and access controls, including managing the entry gate, tracking visitors, monitoring package deliveries, and ensuring locks and security protocols are maintained.
Other Duties
Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO to meet the organization's needs.

Preferred Experience
3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, office management, or nonprofit administration.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Experience in small business, nonprofit finance, or facility management is a plus.
Familiarity with HR basics, including payroll coordination and record-keeping.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; reliable transportation is required.
Position Details
Full-Time (40 hours per week).
Compensation: $50,000 - $72,000 based on experience.
Work Environment: In-person in an office on our 10-acre farm.
Reports To: CEO
