The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a frontline sales role that involves identifying new opportunities, handling inbound leads, nurturing marketing leads into sales qualified leads, and contributing to the sales pipeline. This role is primarily focused on turning marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads. The role is office based.
*Must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX Metro and be willing to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite/1 day remote*
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Create Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s).
- Prospecting for new business by cold calling and generating new leads, handling the inbound sales requests, and following up on existing opportunities.
- Prioritize and qualify existing leads within the CRM database that may be generated from tradeshows, tele-sales, marketing, referrals, website, consultants, and call campaigns.
- Categorize potential customers, in line with the Customer Categorization Model.
- Work collaboratively with the NBDM providing support where required and booking appointments.
- Send quotes to customers and proactively following up in a timely manner.
- Ensure all internal systems (CRM & ERP) and databases are updated timely and accurately.
- Actively participate in internal and external meetings where attendance is required.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- A self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to make at least 50 outbound calls per day, minimum.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- IT literate preferably with working knowledge of CRM systems.
- A confident and professional telephone manner with proven experience of establishing new business relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:
60,000 USD annual base commission
