About the Position
New Vision Custom Remodeling is seeking an entry-level Construction Manager Assistant to help plan and oversee a variety of renovation projects from inception to completion. This role involves assisting in project execution, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met, and managing resources effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction methodologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate a diverse team of professionals to deliver excellence in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with vendors and subcontractors daily, ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules, and architectural plans.
- Conduct site visits to assist in monitoring the project progress and maintain the highest level quality and craftsmanship.
- Work closely with clients during change orders, clearly explaining potential challenges or delays while collaborating with the construction team to suggest practical solutions, leaving no room for confusion or doubt.
- Assist in the management of projects from start to finish, proactively identifying and resolving issues related to budget, scheduling, and logistics before they arise.
- Provide clear and precise direction to subcontractors regarding daily tasks and expectations.
- Attend walkthroughs with vendors and clients alongside the construction manager to assess project needs and progress.
- Assist in the procurement and logistics of all necessary supplies, ensuring materials are available at least 48 hours before they are needed.
- Maintain an organized personal calendar and keep detailed records of worksite activities, including tasks completed and those still required.
- Attend initial project visits, taking clear and concise notes to aid in developing the project scope and budget.
- Regularly track progress and follow up using our CRM software.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction project management.

- Proficiency in construction methodologies and procedures.
- Ability to coordinate and manage a diverse team of professionals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
