Youth Haven Services is a comprehensive mental health agency specializing in children, adolescents, and their families. We are excited to have the opportunity to offer a new service to our clients of high fidelity wrap around. The services is a community based program working with children/families in their home/community. A team of three High Fidelity Wraparound team members work with the family to develop a "family plan" to address the needs/challenges of meeting their top priorities. The service is evidence-based model of support to help youth continue living at home, attending school or work and remaining stable. Helps families learn how to meet their needs and use their support systems. We are currently interviewing for a coach/supervisor for high fidelity wrap around team. See education and qualification below; this is a masters degree level position. We focus on providing individual attention and quality treatment in a culturally competent environment to enhance children/family outcomes. We are a CARF accredited, CABHA (Critical Access Behavioral Health Agency) serving Rockingham, Guilford, Caswell, Stokes and surrounding counties.

Job Summary: Responsible for the overall management of the High-Fidelity Wraparound Team by coaching and teaching the wraparound process. Coaching is the process of demonstrating the process, consulting with them on how to use the process, and helping them build the skills necessary to do it well. Coaching will involve hands on teaching (shadowing), then practicing through rehearsals and roleplays, and finally providing ongoing coaching and consultation throughout the credentialing process.
Qualifications: Education/Experience: Master's Degree in human services and a minimum of two (2) years of documented clinical experience working with the population served (youth/adolescents with mental health diagnosis)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Ability to lead an entire department and be a positive leader, role model, and mentor for all staff. Ability to effectively present information to groups, service users, families/guardians, government officials and/or public. Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form. Ability to access and observe clients to provide appropriate treatment. Ability to relate positively with persons with disabilities, family members, co-workers, community agencies, etc. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to use computer for work related tasks. Organizational and commuication skills that foster teamwork.
