Youth Haven Services is a comprehensive mental health agency specializing in children, adolescents, and their families. Come grow with our team! There is an open position for a master level intensive in home team lead to serve clients Stokes, Forsyth, and Western Rockingham Counties. Position requires NC licensure as LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, provisionally licensed acceptable. Must have one year experience with population served youth/adolescence with mental health diagnosis). We are a CARF accredited, CABHA (Critical Access Behavioral Health Agency) serving Rockingham, Guilford, Caswell, Stokes and surrounding counties.
Position: Full-time Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Therapist
Job Summary: Ensures quality therapeutic treatment is given to each consumer in the community (school, home, office, etc.). Implements best practices and utilizes a variety of therapeutic interventions. Maintains documentation according to DHHS policy
Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in a relevant human services field such as Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited school of graduate education required. Must be a Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Professional in the state of North Carolina.
Work experience: A minimum of one (1) year of documented clinical experience working with the population served is required.
We offer:
Competitive negotiable hourly rate while in training; then after training have choice of staying with hourly rate or moving to $120 pay per contact rate.
Retention Bonuses after successful completion of 90 days-$500, 8 months-$500, and 1 year-$1,000 and subsequent years $3000.
For provisionally licensed therapist we provide $50 weekly reimbursement for supervision, $200 reimbursement per year CEU, and in additional to a generous PTO, and holiday pay we provide an additional 16 hours of professional PTO per year for therapist.
