Role:
This is more than just a teaching job. You’ll be a coach, mentor, and motivator who guides students to real progresswhile making learning fun.
We provide full training on how to teach our proven lesson method, structure lessons for maximum results, and create an engaging, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Teach in-person guitar lessons using our lesson method.
· Provide students with a clear roadmap to reach their goals.
· Track student progress, attendance, and keep detailed lesson notes.
· Build rapport and motivate students at every step of their journey.
· Deliver exceptional customer service to students and parents.
· Communicate promptly with students and the internal team.
Key Requirements:
· A natural people person—who easily builds rapport, connects with students, and creates a supportive learning environment.
· A passionate, motivated team player with a can-do attitude.
· A strong communicator who can explain concepts clearly and make learning fun.
· Confident presenting, explaining, & demonstrating concepts to students in group classes, semi-private lessons and one-on-one.
· Organized and detail-oriented (lesson plans, student notes, etc.).
· Competent guitar player (no degree required).
· Ability to read tablature, rhythms, chord diagrams & charts.
· Open to coaching and professional growth (we train you!).
· A growth-oriented mindset—someone who wants to improve their skills, push themselves, and take initiative.
· Self-sufficient with strong time management skills.
· Must be 18 and able to pass a background check.

4:00pm to 9:00pm
Or, Saturday & Sunday
9:00am to 2:00pm
Position:
Part-Time, Entry-Level Guitar Teacher
Compensation:
$16.66/hr to $25/hr entry-level during training
- Plus opportunities for commission once trained.
