We're looking for a seasoned ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Project Manager to support the People Experience (PEx) Technology team with managing HRSD Implementation processes. This individual will work closely with the Now Platform team to lead the implementation of ServiceNow’s HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module in a close cooperation with ServiceNow Developer, including successful design, implementation, and stabilization of the HRSD module, ensuring alignment with business needs and driving operational efficiencies.
The ideal candidate has a blend of project management, ServiceNow expertise, and HR process knowledge to ensure successful adoption and alignment with organizational needs.
Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow HRSD module, ensuring timely execution of project deliverables.
- Supporting ServiceNow HRSD projects and work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities
- Providing hands-on Project Management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
- Working with both functional and technical teams through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the ServiceNow HRSD applications. Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams by translating business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.
- Coordinate across various PEx and IT teams to ensure project deliverables are on track and escalate issues as appropriate to be able to mitigate any risk
- Recommend optimizations and improvements to existing solutions based on feedback from PEx stakeholders
- Systematically tracking, documenting and communicating business requirements to the ServiceNow development team
- Work closely with HR, IT, Compliance, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver training materials and user guides to drive adoption and system proficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in project management with a focus on HR technology implementations.
- 3 years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD, including workflow configuration and system integrations, upgrades, enhancements
- Knowledge of integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise HR systems
- Certified ServiceNow Specialist - Implementation Specialist - Human Resources or System Administrator certification is desired
- Strong understanding of HR processes, case management, and knowledge management within ServiceNow
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project execution.
